Welcome to the Monaco Penthouse reservation information. We strive to provide the very highest quality accommodation possible and continuously seek to upgrade the property to satisfy guests. We are confident we offer the best accommodation available within walking distance of the various Monaco attractions: The Grimaldi Forum, Monte Carlo Casino, Monaco Harbour (Port Hercule), all museums and the Fort Antoine Theater.

Guests are invited to book the accommodation on either a weekly or long-term (4-12 weeks) basis. Special Event pricing applies during the Grand Prix and Super Yacht Show (Boat Show).

• Final Cleaning is 100 EUR based on 4 people sharing or 140 EUR for 6 people sharing. Add 40 EUR for Final Cleaning after a stay of 4 or more weeks. Interim cleaning is available at cost.
• Advance Shopping and pre-stocking of the apartment is available through the apartment manager.
• All fees are included in the price – general utilities, air conditioning, secure underground parking, taxes.
• All payments are by credit card in UK Sterling. A 30% deposit is taken at the time of reservation and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.)
